Terms of service
These terms explain how businesses may use Unit Inc., Unit Stock and the combined Unit Suite, and the responsibilities that come with an account.

1. The service
Unit Inc. provides quotations, invoices, payments, reports and related business-management tools. Unit Stock provides multi-site inventory, purchasing, transfers, issues, counts, scanning and audit tools. Unit Suite combines access to both products. Features may change as the service improves. We will not intentionally remove access to customer data without reasonable notice, except where immediate action is needed for security, misuse or legal compliance.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate information, keep login details secure and only invite people authorised to access your workspace. You are responsible for activity through your account and for appropriate team roles.
3. Your business records
You remain responsible for the accuracy, legality and tax treatment of quotations, invoices, payments, stock records and other content. Unit Inc. does not replace professional accounting, tax or legal advice.
4. Plans and payment
Paid plans are billed at the price shown before checkout. A seven-day trial may be offered. Where a payment method is saved, Unit Inc. sends advance reminders before a scheduled charge. Taxes and payment processing may be handled by third-party providers. Plan limits and access apply to the selected product and plan. Buying one product does not include the other unless the checkout identifies the plan as Unit Suite.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent or harmful activity; to gain unauthorised access; to distribute malware or unsolicited messages; or to interfere with the service or another workspace.
6. Availability and liability
We work to keep Unit Inc. reliable and secure, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, Unit Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential loss or loss caused by inaccurate customer-entered information. Nothing removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Suspension and termination
Access may be limited for overdue payment, serious misuse or a security risk. Where practical, we will give notice and an opportunity to correct the issue. You may cancel according to the cancellation policy.
