What to know before choosing a plan
Does every plan include a free trial?
Yes. Each Unit Inc. plan starts with a seven-day free trial. The billing page explains the card-verification step and the date of the first subscription payment before checkout.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Contact Unit Inc. support from your workspace if the business needs a different customer or team-user allowance.
How many users are included?
Starter includes one user, Business includes three users and Premium includes ten users. Premium supports additional users at R39 per user per month.
Are customer limits based on active customers?
The current plan allowance applies to customer records in the workspace. Premium has no customer limit.
